Will You.... Runaway?

Every so often you see on the SportsCenter highlight package with a guy who gets down on one knee to propose at a sporting event. Sometimes it's a romantic waste of a few minutes at a game and sometimes it's just down right sad, this latest falls into the latter category.  

I'm not sure why something like a proposal needs to be shared with 20,000 other random people, that's not chivalrous.  The good old fashioned way would be to be on a beach on vacation (after asking her Father for her hand) or at a family dinner or slipping the ring into a piece of cake so she gnaws on it, so in a way, I don't feel bad for a guy who proposes on a massive stage and gets shut down. That's a lot of pressure for a proposee, too. 

On the same hand, what does a guy do after she says NO and walks away... Do you stay for the rest of the game? Chase after her? Ask the JumboTron host for a date? 

The latest comes at the end of a "Mistletoe Cam" at a UCLA Basketball game.
